Progressive Artistic Program


Girls 6 and older

Our very own, versatile non-competitive program geared in a few different directions from exploring gymnastics for fun and fitness, to progressing through the levels learning variety of gymnastics skills, to a stepping stone for our Pre-Team and Team Program. Young athletes can start at any level and progress at their own speed participating once, twice or more times per week.

NOVICE

Girls Progressive Gymnastics Class - 6 plus years old

A good place to start if you have never done gymnastics before.

A Fun introductory class to familiarize students with gymnastics concepts on all events and apparatuses including trampolines. 

Jumps, rolls, position holds, handstand variations, and so much more of what young gymnasts will train in this Novice class.

By the end of completion of the Novice class students will have improved overall coordination, strength, flexibility, and knowledge of basic skills on all gymnastics apparatuses.


EXPERT


Girls Progressive Gymnastics Class - 6 plus years old

A great option for anyone who has previously taken gymnastics classes and is comfortable with basic skills on all events. 

The class focus will be on introducing drills and progressions towards more complicated elements on all events.

Variety of skills on all events with or without assistance.Spotted back handsprings, front handsprings, back walkovers, flipping progressions.

PRO


Girls Progressive Gymnastics Class - 7 plus years old

A continuation of our progressive classes where gymnastics will train forward and backward flipping skills on all events independently.

Introducing and mastering connecting 2 or more elements into a series (example: series of back handsprings), introducing twisting, and different flipping positions.

MASTER

Girls Progressive Gymnastics Class - 7 plus years old

The class is a very well suited for those gymnasts having ambitions to join our XCELL Competitive Program in near future.

Although not a requirement gymnasts would typically elect in taking 2 or more classes per week to ensure rapid progression.

A great transition to our XCELL program or Trampoline and Tumbling Competitive Program.
